Capital Raising

We help companies raise capital. We utilize the extensive network and relationships we have with banks, private equity firms, fund of funds, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and wealth management firms across New York, London, Zurich, Luxembourg, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai and New Delhi and other financial centers in South and Central America, Western and Eastern Europe.

We look into project finance, corporate lending, direct equity investments, capital raising for funds and private equity firms and trade sales. 

We make direct introductions between providers and receivers of capital and buyers and sellers of businesses. In most cases, we have direct relationships with either side of a transaction. 

We work in most geographies. Typically, the essential characteristics we look for in companies we represent are:

1. Established in their existing line of business
2. Very sound management team in place - needs to have direct previous experience and track record of success in the line of business being considered
3. Ideally, an existing line of revenue
4. Clear repayment and/or exit strategy in place
5. Presence of an experienced finance executive handling the capital raising internally

At present, we steer away from start up and seed capital companies. We entertain most business sectors.

Our role is limited to that of making introductions and the facilitation of communication. We do not advise, hold funds and securities or engage in any other activity that requires us to be a registered securities broker-dealer.
