ABOUT THE CALL CENTERS

Each Call Center finalized by Debt Management Unite shall be in active consultation with you. No call center without substantial experience shall be referred to you. You shall be aware of the past record and experience of every call center referred to you by us. When you lend your credence to a particular call center, we shall move ahead and have them sign the Service Level Agreements with you. We shall facilitate due interaction between you and the representatives of the call centers. These interactions may be telephonic, online or physical, depending on the feasibility and your preferences.

 

QUALITY OF LEADS

As is the case with any debt management lead generation program, the quality of leads is critical to the survival and growth of the campaign. We understand this fact of the debt management sector and believe that we can have this issue addressed to satisfaction.

The use of only those call centers that have prior experience generating leads for debt management companies in the UK, shall be a step in the right direction – in terms of ensuring a high quality of leads being offered to you.

STEP I

We shall use our extensive database of call centers to find you the service providers that best suits your needs. We might also collaborate with other Brokers and Consultancies and enter into strategic alliances with them to find you the best suited service providers.

 

STEP II

We shall facilitate to have the finalized call centers demonstrate their abilities and experience to you.  If after this demonstration and round discussions, you opine you wish to proceed with a call center as a provider of choice, you are welcome to enter into a service level agreement with them.

 

STEP III

We shall provide for the streamlining of processes and communication between you and the call centers once they commence dialing for you. We shall look into their day to day affairs from a holistic perspective and shall ensure a smooth flow of data and calls from them to you. We shall also help to iron out any impediments or creases that may arise at any point of your contract with our call centers.
